Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement governs the relationship between Global Wiz and approved affiliates. Full campaign-specific terms are provided to affiliates before campaign launch.

Application and approval

Application submission does not create an affiliate relationship. Approval is at Global Wiz's discretion and may be revoked at any time.

Traffic and compliance

Affiliates must promote campaigns only through approved traffic sources with approved advertisements and landing pages. Fraudulent, coached, automated, or misleading traffic is prohibited and grounds for termination.

Sub-affiliates

Sub-affiliates require prior written approval and full source-level reporting. The affiliate remains responsible for sub-affiliate compliance.

Tracking

Affiliates must use unique tracking numbers, pass accurate source and sub-source data, and not manipulate attribution or caller identification.

Compensation

Compensation, thresholds, payment schedules, and methods are defined per campaign and communicated to approved affiliates before launch. Compensation is not guaranteed.

Confidentiality

Campaign specifications, buyer information, and payout details are confidential and may not be disclosed without written consent.

Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time. Termination for cause may include forfeiture of pending compensation associated with non-compliant traffic.

Governing terms

Additional campaign-specific terms apply and take precedence to the extent they conflict with this agreement.
